Your new role

You’ll join as a Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager within a regulatory transformation programme focused on post-trade adjustments. You’ll lead workstreams, manage delivery plans, resolve issues, and ensure governance standards are met. The role involves working across multiple teams to interpret regulations, automate data processes, and reduce manual adjustments. You’ll also be responsible for identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years in financial services, with at least 5 years in programme delivery or regulatory change
  • Strong understanding of post-trade operations and the trade lifecycle - must have worked in this space
  • Experience working with capital markets products (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives)
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders, document processes, and track issues
  • Comfortable querying data and driving process improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Master’s preferred)
