Hays have partnered with a sought-after financial services firm to appoint an experienced Portfolio Delivery Lead to drive successful workstream delivery within their financial crime transformation programme. Rate: £608/day via Umbrella

Your new role and what you'll need to succeed

As the Portfolio Delivery Manager, your role will see you responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of all Financial Crime Transformation workstreams, ensuring scope, success measures, and governance standards (incl. OKRs) are consistently applied. Some of your key responsibilities/capabilities will include:

• Drive portfolio performance through proactive risk/issue management, clear reporting, and timely corrective actions to keep delivery on track.

• Serve as the key point of contact for senior leadership, providing concise updates on progress, challenges, and strategic impact.

• Partner with PMO and delivery leads to optimise resource and financial planning while accelerating workstreams that need additional support to hit milestones.

• Champion change‑management initiatives to maximise adoption, benefits realisation, and overall programme success.
