PMO Lead – SC Clearance, Planning, Governance
Up to £550 per day (Inside IR35 - Umbrella)
London / Hybrid
6 - 12 months

My client is urgently requiring a high calibre PMO Lead with active SC Clearance (Security Cleared), ideally with public sector industry experience to join a business-critical Programme ASAP. Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Senior / Lead PMO capacity, holding an active Security Clearance, working on large-scale projects.
  • Previous experience supporting the PMOs in their delivery and achievement of the programme outcomes.
  • Knowledge of best practice frameworks for large-scale project and programme delivery within a PMO environment.
  • Ability to implement project controls to monitor delivery and provide progress and status reports to stakeholders.
  • Comfortable managing the change control process.
  • Strong knowledge of planning, resource management, benefits management, risk management, governance, and reporting.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to create actionable reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong team leadership skills, maintaining stakeholder engagement and influencing others.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile.
  • Public Sector industry experience
