PMO Demand and Delivery Specialist

Your new company

A well‑established telecommunications organisation undergoing continued growth and transformation. They are focused on improving visibility across their technology and operational portfolios and are investing in strengthening their reporting and governance capability. You will join a supportive environment where data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement are highly valued.

Your new role

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in developing clear, effective reporting across both project and operational activity. You will build dashboards and insights using tools such as Power BI and Jira, helping stakeholders understand progress, risks, KPIs, and team activity.

The role spans traditional portfolio reporting as well as operational areas such as network performance, coverage, and incident activity. You will engage closely with stakeholders, ensuring reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with portfolio needs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong experience in reporting and dashboard development (Power BI, Jira).
  • Ability to demonstrate how you have built reporting solutions end‑to‑end.
  • Experience working in portfolio or PMO environments.
  • Comfortable managing data from both project and operational sources.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive approach, willingness to learn, and a broad understanding of reporting disciplines.
  • Basic financial awareness is helpful, but deep finance expertise is not required.

What you'll get in return

  • Opportunity to shape and enhance reporting capability across a diverse portfolio.
  • Exposure to a mix of project, operational, and strategic reporting activities.
  • A collaborative environment that encourages learning and development.
  • The chance to contribute to meaningful improvements in visibility, governance, and decision‑making across the organisation.
