PMO Analyst - 9 Months Contract - Remote

Your new role
As a PMO Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting project delivery through effective reporting, governance, RAID management, and stakeholder engagement. You will be responsible for producing accurate project reports and dashboards, maintaining project controls, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making across the portfolio.
You will work closely with Project Managers, delivery teams, and customers to ensure project data remains accurate and up to date. The role will involve chairing reporting meetings, presenting project updates, maintaining RAID logs, supporting resource and financial tracking, and driving continuous improvement across PMO processes and tools.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Proven experience working within a PMO, Project Support, or Project Controls environment.
  • Strong experience producing project reports, dashboards, and management information.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, and data analysis.
  • Experience managing RAID logs and supporting project governance frameworks.
  • Confidence presenting reports and engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting project plans, milestone tracking, resource reporting, and financial monitoring.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A valid NPPV2 or NPPV3 security clearance is essential for this role.
