Social Housing Plumber Needed in Stevenage
Are you a skilled plumber with experience in social housing maintenance? We have an exciting opportunity for a temporary social housing plumber to join our team in Stevenage.

Position: Social Housing Plumber (Temporary) with DBS
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week Pay: £20 – 23 per hour Paye / Umbrella

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties.
  • Diagnose and fix issues related to water supply, drainage, heating, and sanitation systems.
Tile, box in pipework, and ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents.

Requirements:
  • Relevant plumbing qualifications and experience.
  • Knowledge of social housing maintenance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving licence essential
  • Must be confident in tiling, boxing, and finishing work to a high standard.
