The temporary placement will last 3 months.

Your new role

As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out both reactive and planned plumbing maintenance across the site. Your duties will include:

• Repairing leaks, burst pipes, and faulty plumbing systems
• Installing and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, and associated pipework
• Maintaining hot and cold water systems
• Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective repairs
• Unblocking drains and resolving drainage issues
• Conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Liaising with on-site teams and accurately recording completed work

Pay: £22- £24 p/hr
Contract: Temporary| Temp to Perm

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum Level 2 qualification in Plumbing
• Proven experience in a maintenance plumbing role
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on a single-site operation
• Good understanding of health and safety practices
• Reliable, professional, and able to manage workload effectively.
