Your new company

We are currently recruiting experienced plumbers to work with a leading social housing provider across Lancashire and Cumbria. These are temporary roles with start dates available over the coming weeks, offering competitive umbrella pay rates.

Your new role

As a plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing tasks in both tenanted and void properties. Your duties will include reactive maintenance, planned upgrades, fault-finding, and bathroom or kitchen installations. You will be expected to work independently, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you must hold an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing and have previous experience working in domestic or social housing environments. A valid CSCS card is preferred but not essential. You must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as the role involves travelling across multiple sites. An enhanced DBS check is required, or you must be willing to obtain one.
