Temporary Plumber Required – Student Accommodation, Luton LU1
We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable plumber for a two-week temporary assignment, starting ASAP, based in Luton (LU1). The role involves maintenance work within student accommodation facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Replace and repair toilet flush mechanisms
- Install or adjust hockey sticks (flush pipes)
- Remove and replace shower traps
- Carry out general plumbing maintenance and reactive repairs as needed
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of domestic plumbing systems and be capable of working independently to resolve issues efficiently. The list of tasks is extensive but not exhaustive, and flexibility to handle a variety of plumbing jobs is essential.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common plumbing faults
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Immediate availability for a two-week temporary placement
