Plumber required for Kitchen Installation social housing

Your new company

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and customer-focused Plumber to join our growing team working within the social housing sector.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring excellent customer service to tenants in their homes.

Your new role

  • Carry out all plumbing aspects of kitchen fit-outs and replacements
  • First and second fix plumbing for new kitchen installations
  • Removal and installation of:
    • Sinks and taps
    • Waste pipe systems
    • Water supply connections
  • Altering pipework to suit new kitchen layouts
  • Connecting appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers
  • Ensure all plumbing works are completed in line with specifications and drawings
  • Work closely with kitchen fitters and site supervisors to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in occupied homes

What you'll need to succeed

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working within social housing / domestic maintenance
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
