Salary: £34,000 + benefits
A solid opportunity for experienced Wet Room Fitters / Multi‑Trade Plumbers to join a respected social housing contractor within their planned works team, specialising in wet room installations across Warwickshire and Coventry.

Your new role

This role focusses on full wet room installations within occupied social housing properties. You’ll be working as part of a planned works team delivering high‑quality, accessible bathroom adaptations.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Full wet room fitting and bathroom adaptations
  • Plumbing installations and remedial works
  • Tiling, carpentry, and general multi‑trade tasks
  • Working safely and professionally in occupied homes

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong plumbing background
  • NVQ or City & Guilds in plumbing (beneficial)
  • Proven experience fitting wet rooms
  • Multi‑skilled with competency in tiling and carpentry
  • Previous experience in social housing (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence

What you'll get in return

  • £34,000 per year
  • 39‑hour week:
    • Mon–Thu: 8:00–16:30
    • Fri: 8:00–15:30
  • Company van & fuel card
  • Stable, long‑term planned works programme
