Your new role

• Complete plumbing repairs and maintenance in line with work schedules.
• Install and repair sanitary ware, baths, showers, kitchen sinks, pipework, taps, valves, and domestic appliances.
• Work on vented and unvented hot water systems (HWSS qualification desirable).
• Carry out cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal.
• Undertake basic carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, and general maintenance tasks as required.
• Use mobile technology (iPad/PDA) to manage job records and appointments.
• Participate in out-of-hours call-out service when required.

What you'll need to succeed

• NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing OR at least 5 years’ experience in the trade.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in occupied homes.
• Full UK driving licence (minimum 1 year’s experience).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CSCS card desirable.
