Your new company

We are looking for an experienced plasterer to join the responsive repairs and planned maintenance team working across social housing properties. You will carry out high‑quality plastering work in both occupied and void homes, ensuring all repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.

Your new role

  • Carry out plastering work, including patch repairs, bonding, skimming, dot & dab, and rendering.
  • Make good after plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs
  • Complete wall and ceiling repairs in both occupied and empty properties
  • Prepare surfaces, apply protective coverings, and maintain a clean work area.
  • Identify additional work required and report back to planners/supervisors
  • Work professionally in tenants’ homes, ensuring respect and good communication

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Plasterer (domestic or social housing experience preferred)
  • Strong ability in skimming, patch repairs, bonding, and general making‑good
  • Full UK driving licence
