Your new role
An excellent career opportunity for a Construction Planner to join a reputable contractor on a permanent basis. This role will see you work closely with the pre-construction works and be involved in the tender elements of planning as well as having your own assigned site programmes.

Reporting to the Company Directors and Senior Management team, your new role will support the company by identifying, controlling, and forecasting timescales and resourcing requirements for upcoming projects.
You will work alongside site-based Project & Contract Managers in implementing best practices and project planning policies, processes, and procedures during the full life cycle of projects from tender through to completion.
You will be responsible for accurately identifying and resourcing requirements for projects including labour, plant, and materials. You will provide support for all construction planning functions, ensuring that issues or delays within the programme are highlighted and understood by all.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this position, you must be a highly motivated and career minded individual who is seeking an opportunity with a contractor who can provide longevity and career development. You must be commercially aware and technically proficient using Construction Planning software. You will have proven experience in a similar role as well as be able to manage information in an orderly fashion and be capable of working to tight deadlines.
