Planner / Scheduler – Housing Experience Required

Your new role
- Scheduling operatives and subcontractors
- Managing diaries and allocating jobs efficiently
- Liaising with tenants to arrange appointments
- Monitoring progress and ensuring repairs are completed within target times
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the wider repairs team to deliver an excellent customer experience
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in social housing is essential
- Strong background in planning, scheduling, or coordinating repairs
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing deadlines
- Confident using housing or repairs management systems
