Your new role

As a Planner / Scheduler, you’ll be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance works across a busy housing portfolio. Your day will involve:
  • Scheduling operatives and subcontractors
  • Managing diaries and allocating jobs efficiently
  • Liaising with tenants to arrange appointments
  • Monitoring progress and ensuring repairs are completed within target times
  • Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Supporting the wider repairs team to deliver an excellent customer experience

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in social housing is essential
  • Strong background in planning, scheduling, or coordinating repairs
