Supply Physics Teacher – Start After Easter
Location: Birmingham
Start Date: After the Easter break
Contract: Full-time supply position
Subject: Physics (KS3–KS4)

We are seeking a committed and inspirational Physics Teacher to join a high-performing secondary school in Birmingham after Easter. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate specialist who can deliver engaging science lessons, support student progress, and make a strong contribution to a well‑established Science faculty.

About the Role
  • Teach Physics across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with school and curriculum expectations
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking
  • Work collaboratively within a strong, supportive Science department
  • Uphold safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies consistently
The Ideal Candidate
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong subject knowledge in Physics and general Science
  • Confident classroom management and the ability to inspire learners
  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards in teaching and learning
  • Able to build rapport with students and staff alike
