Role – Physics Teacher
Location – Gloucester, Cheltenham (Gloucestershire)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Gloucester & Cheltenham. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire and engage students in the world of physics, fostering curiosity, critical thinking, and academic success.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality teaching across KS3 and KS4 (with potential for KS5).
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that bring physics to life.
- Assess, track, and support student progress in line with school policies.
- Contribute to the wider science department and whole-school initiatives.
- Inspire students to develop a love of learning and achieve their full potential.

Person Specification

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong subject knowledge in physics and general science.
- Ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
