Personal PA to CEO and Chief of Staff

Your new company

We are working with a unique, entrepreneurial, innovative small organisation in Cambridge to find an experienced PA to join the team and support their head of staff and CEO.

Your new role

Working in this small and interesting organisation you will be providing vital support to the chief of staff and completing daily tasks to aid in the support to the CEO with the running of several businesses and his personal life.

With a unique product base and entrepreneurial spirit no two days will be the same! Typical tasks could be organising complex travel, booking lunches/dinners at various restaurants, responding to emails, organising social events, research, supporting with office facilities and logistics, managing all elements of Personal tasks (property management, personal arrangements etc) supporting other departments such as finance, HR etc. researching and booking family holidays, personal errands and other tasks as and when required. This really will be a varied, diverse and unusual role so you should anticipate getting involved in lots of projects and varied tasks. As this role is working for a high net worth individual and large emphasis will be placed on completing a lot of personal tasks and running the household.

What you'll need to succeed

This client is looking for someone who is an experienced personal PA who understands that the support you provide is key to the smooth and efficient running of a business and the personal life of a high-net worth individual. You should ideally have previous experience in a PA role at a mid/senior level. Any experience of working with or supporting High-Net Worth Individuals/Business owners would be highly advantageous.

A great work ethic and the right attitude to your work is also highly important.

You should be highly motivated, energetic, take pride in what you do and be willing to go above and beyond what is needed of you. As this role will be supporting a high net worth individual, you should be able to work with discretion and confidentiality. You should be highly IT literate, organised and methodical in your work.

What you'll get in return

This role is being offered as a temporary role to start with but for the right candidate could be offered permanent. Ideally it is full time but would be good if someone is happy to work flexibly. Hours are 9-5pm or 8-4pm – based in their offices in Cambridge. There is no parking on site but excellent public transport links. A very competitive salary of up to £60,000 is offered in addition to a great benefits package.

The office is incredible with its own bar and fantastic facilities and an opportunity to work with some great people in the business. Ideally we are looking for someone to start asap and be able to commit on an ongoing basis.
