Your new role

A busy PA role supporting two important board directors, with their extremely busy diaries, international travel and acting as gatekeeper by using initiative and making decisions on their behalf.

  • Diary & Inbox Management – Skilled in coordinating complex schedules, prioritising communications, and acting as gatekeeper for senior leaders.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination – Experienced in organising venues, agendas, materials, and logistics for high-level meetings, conferences, and departmental events.
  • Minute Taking & Action Tracking – Confident in recording discussions, circulating actions, and ensuring timely follow-up to meet deadlines.
  • Travel & Logistics Planning – Proficient in arranging international travel, visas, accommodation, and preparing detailed travel packs.
  • Onboarding & Team Support – Organised in setting up new starters, arranging equipment and passes, and supporting team initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Cover – Strong team player within PA/EA communities, ensuring seamless cover and contributing to efficient ways of working.
  • Finance Administration – Experienced in processing expenses, raising purchase orders, managing invoices, and tracking budgets.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Liaison – Skilled in managing supplier relationships and providing regular updates on billing and spend.
  • Confidential Document Handling – Trusted to prepare presentations and materials of a sensitive nature with discretion.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a PA to directors

  • Proven experience in a busy and fast-paced environment

  • Extensive diary management and organisation skills

  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously

  • Time management and attention to details
