Your new role

In this role, you will deliver broad administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly while also overseeing travel logistics for employees and board members. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised individual to make an impact on the efficiency of their office and contribute to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle everyday office administration, including answering calls, managing emails, and dealing with correspondence.
  • Arrange travel for staff and board members, covering flights, hotels, transport, and itinerary planning.
  • Research and propose travel options that balance cost effectiveness with traveller preferences.
  • Work with external travel partners, hotels, and transport providers to secure competitive rates and confirm bookings.
  • Prepare itineraries, agendas, and supporting documents to ensure travel plans are clear and well‑structured.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and prepare relevant materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of travel costs and reconcile invoices and receipts.
  • Support the office manager with any projects

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, ideally within a corporate setting.
  • Background in travel coordination or experience as a travel consultant
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with travel booking tools.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.
