Your new role
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of administrative and support tasks. Providing excellent servicing to internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide daily personal and business support to the Managing Director
- Act as first point of contact and manage all correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, files, and client data
- Follow up with clients and oversee onboarding communication
- Manage calendars, appointments, and booking systems
- Coordinate meetings across teams and external contacts
- Organise national and international travel
- Handle general office administration and support process improvements
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this highly visible role, you will have:
- Extensive experience in a PA/EA or office management role
- The ability to liaise with key external and internal stakeholders
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Clean driving licence and access to own transport
- A proactive mindset and ability to adapt to business needs
