My client is urgently seeking a highly experienced and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior leadership on a short-term basis. This is a fast-paced, high-responsibility role requiring exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives
  • Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders
  • Take accurate and professional meeting minutes
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports using advanced MS Office tools
  • Liaise confidently with internal and external contacts
  • Prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines autonomously
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience supporting senior-level professionals
  • Able to work full-time on-site in Hemel Hempstead (5 days/week)
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
  • Experience in large matrix organisations; public sector background is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent diary management and minute-taking skills
