Hourly Rate: £21.34 Contract
Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)

About the Role
We are delighted to offer a brand new and exclusive opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join a large public sector organisation in Glasgow. This is a high-profile role supporting executive level management, providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact, managing communications and correspondence
  • Complex diary management and scheduling of high-level meetings
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate papers for executive meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President
  • Organise national and international travel arrangements
  • Support the planning and delivery of key events, including College Council and Founder’s Day
  • Work closely with the PA to the CEO to ensure seamless support across the Corporate Office
  • Provide cover and joint support as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior PA or executive support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours support
  • Experience within healthcare or education sectors is desirable
