Our client, a high‑growth organisation within the Media/Tech Space, is looking for a confident and commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

Your new role

As Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, optimising campaign performance, and shaping the digital marketing roadmap. Working closely with product, analytics, and commercial teams, you will deliver measurable ROI across paid social, paid search, display, and emerging digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end‑to‑end performance marketing strategy across paid channels
  • Manage campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting
  • Analyse data to drive actionable insights and improve ROI
  • Develop A/B tests to improve ad effectiveness and conversion
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to align marketing activity with brand and product strategy
  • Manage external agencies and platform relationships where required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience within the Media or Technology sector — essential
  • Proven success delivering measurable growth across paid digital channels
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience using key marketing and analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of attribution, customer funnels, and digital best practice
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
