Your New Role
As People & Talent Administrator, you’ll play a key role in delivering efficient and effective support across a range of HR functions, including onboarding, employee lifecycle, learning and development, and equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of a collaborative team, where your contribution will directly impact the success of recruitment campaigns and the overall employee experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for recruitment-related queries, providing professional and customer-focused service.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns: advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System.
- Support onboarding processes including offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks.
- Ensure timely processing of salary changes and updates for payroll.
- Maintain accurate employee records using HR systems such as iTrent.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development activities and EDI initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, KPIs, course evaluations, and travel arrangements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the recruitment and HR function.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Proven experience in HR administrative roles – within HR, L&D, or recruitment.
- Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive data.
- Experience using HR systems such as iTrent or Totara.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a flexible approach to work.
