People Systems Specialist (12-Month FTC)
Location: London
Contract: Fixed Term

About the Role
We are seeking a People Systems Specialist to join our global People Systems team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on the configuration, maintenance, and support of Workday modules, ensuring a seamless experience for employees and stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities
Act as first-line support for Workday queries via ServiceNow, escalating to functional leads when necessary.
Collaborate with functional leads to address configuration needs across multiple modules, with a strong focus on recruiting enhancements.
Support the creation and maintenance of system training materials and user guidance.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system usability, contributing ideas to enhance the employee experience.
Partner with IT teams to manage downstream system impacts.
Participate in bi-annual Workday releases, including regression testing, feature discovery, and stakeholder communication.
Provide testing support for people system projects across the team.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year of work Workday experience, with solid knowledge of Core HCM and Recruitment modules.
Familiarity with additional Workday areas desirable (Compensation, Talent & Performance, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Benefits).
Strong organisational skills and experience with incident management tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Analytical approach to problem-solving and ability to work effectively in global, virtual teams.
Understanding of HRIS process governance and operational frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
