A well-established and growing financial institution based in London is seeking a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join their HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment where people are at the heart of the business strategy.

Your new role

• Aligning HR strategy with business objectives and supporting organisational growth.
• Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
• Leading recruitment and retention initiatives, including coordination of the Graduate Programme.
• Driving performance management processes and coaching managers on performance issues.
• Identifying training needs and supporting the delivery of development programmes.
• Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and updating HR policies accordingly.
• Analysing HR data and producing reports for senior stakeholders.
• Supporting payroll and benefits administration alongside the People Coordinator.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven HR experience in a generalist or business partnering role, ideally within financial services.
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable).

What you'll get in return

• Salary between £55,000 and £60,000 depending on experience.
