Senior HR Advisor / People Partner - London - Financial Services

A well-established and growing financial institution based in London is seeking a dynamic and experienced People Partner to join their HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment where people are at the heart of the business strategy.
Your new role
As People Partner, you will play a key role in delivering HR initiatives that support the organisation’s strategic goals. You will work closely with senior leaders and department heads to provide expert guidance across a broad range of HR activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Aligning HR strategy with business objectives and supporting organisational growth.
- Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Leading recruitment and retention initiatives, including coordination of the Graduate Programme.
- Driving performance management processes and coaching managers on performance issues.
- Identifying training needs and supporting the delivery of development programmes.
- Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and updating HR policies accordingly.
- Analysing HR data and producing reports for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting payroll and benefits administration alongside the People Coordinator.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven HR experience in a generalist or business partnering role, ideally within financial services.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
- A degree in HR, Business, or a related field (CIPD qualification desirable).
What you'll get in return
- Salary between £55,000 and £60,000 depending on experience.
