An opportunity to join a growing technology business in Bristol

Your new company
This is a truly exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation who have recently completed an acquisition and are now looking to add a new People Advisor permanent position into their existing HR team. The role will be based in their Bristol office and the organisation offer a generous hybrid working arrangement which requires you to be in the office 2 days per week.

Your new role
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers across a workforce of approximately 300 employees who are field-based
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, absence and performance matters and use senior HR colleagues to support with complex matters.
  • Coach and upskill line managers to build both confidence and capability
  • Support HR project work
  • Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and best practice
  • Work closely with Business Partners and the wider People team to deliver a joined‑up, high‑quality HR service across the organisation of approximately 900 employees.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Solid experience in an HR Advisory role, ideally with experience of supporting remote/field-based workers
  • Credibility, approachability and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Curiosity and a genuine interest in how the business operates
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
