The role will be based in their Bristol office and the organisation offer a generous hybrid working arrangement which requires you to be in the office 2 days per week.
Your new role
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers across a workforce of approximately 300 employees who are field-based
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, absence and performance matters and use senior HR colleagues to support with complex matters.
- Coach and upskill line managers to build both confidence and capability
- Support HR project work
- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and best practice
- Work closely with Business Partners and the wider People team to deliver a joined‑up, high‑quality HR service across the organisation of approximately 900 employees.

- Solid experience in an HR Advisory role, ideally with experience of supporting remote/field-based workers

- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
