• Lead and manage the data migration from Earnie IQ to ADP.
• Collaborate with internal teams and ADP implementation partners to ensure a seamless transition.
• Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and testing to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to payroll data or system configuration.
• Provide post-migration support and assist with payroll processing during the transition period.
• Document processes and contribute to knowledge transfer for long-term payroll continuity.

• Proven experience with Earnie IQ payroll software is essential.
• Previous involvement in payroll system transitions or implementations.
• Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is required.
