Permanent Payroll Team Leader job with a dynamic company based in Manchester.
We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Payroll Services Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a high-performing payroll function within a large, forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service.
- Manage and develop a team, driving performance and professional growth.
- Resolve complex payroll queries and provide expert guidance on legislation.
- Oversee Oracle Payroll processes and ensure adherence to internal standards.
- Collaborate across departments and support system improvements and UAT.
- Champion continuous improvement and maintain strict data confidentiality.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong payroll background with large volumes, ideally with Oracle Payroll experience.
- Proven leadership and team leader experience as well as a passion for team development.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation and compliance standards.
