• Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing across multiple EMEA regions.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with local country legislation.
• Maintain payroll data and ensure all employee changes are updated within CloudPay.
• Manage payroll queries, providing timely and professional resolutions.
• Review payroll reports, check calculations, and escalate discrepancies where needed.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll cycles.
• Support audits and compliance checks as required.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.

• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist handling EMEA payrolls.
• CloudPay experience is essential.
• Strong understanding of international payroll processes and legislation.
• High attention to detail with strong numerical accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work 2–3 days per week onsite in London City.
