• Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local legislation.
• Act as the key liaison between internal teams (HR, Finance, Legal) and external payroll providers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support onboarding of new countries/entities into the payroll framework, including system setup and process documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, embracing automation and digital transformation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Maintain secure and accurate payroll data, supporting internal controls and audit requirements.
• Provide responsive support for payroll queries and generate reports to inform compliance and strategic decision-making.
• Contribute to payroll-related projects such as system upgrades, policy harmonisation, and future-of-work initiatives.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing multi-country payrolls, including UK and European jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of statutory requirements, tax regulations, and social security systems.
• Proven ability to manage external payroll providers and deliver compliant, high-quality service.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills.

• Experience with Workday HCM.
• Background in Insurance or Financial Services.
• Project experience in payroll system implementations or process improvements.
• Vendor management skills and a second European language.
