Your new company

You’ll be joining a well‑established organisation operating within a high‑profile, fast‑moving sector. The team is made up of people who care deeply about delivering excellence for colleagues and partners, with a culture built on collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of shared purpose.

Your new role

In your new role, you’ll play a central role in ensuring employees are paid accurately, on time, and in line with all compliance requirements. You’ll manage end‑to‑end payroll for both salaried and casual staff, working closely with internal teams and external providers to keep processes running smoothly.

You’ll act as the main point of contact for payroll, pensions, and reward queries—translating complex information into clear, supportive guidance for colleagues. Alongside day‑to‑day delivery, you’ll also contribute to improving payroll and reward processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, and enhance the employee experience.

This is a fully on‑site role within a supportive People & Culture team, offering development opportunities, regular check‑ins, and a strong focus on wellbeing and work–life balance.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in UK End to End payroll
  • Experience with BIK/P11d's process
  • Experience with auto enrolment and pensions submissions
  • Be up-to-date with UK tax legislation
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive to improve processes and ways of working
  • A team‑focused approach and a passion for delivering great service to colleagues across the organisation
