A prestigious and globally recognised property consultancy is seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to join their London-based team. Your new role

As Senior Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of payroll processes and ensuring accurate and timely data entry and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Chasing HR for starter and leaver documentation
  • Preparing front sheets for new starters and leavers
  • Checking timesheets and ensuring compliance with NLW and pension requirements
  • Administering payroll data including salary changes, bonuses, commissions, benefits, and deductions
  • Managing schemes such as childcare vouchers, SSP/OSP, SMP/OMP
  • Assisting with RTI submissions and month-end processes
  • Producing reports for finance and management accounts
  • Handling employee queries professionally via email, phone, and face-to-face
  • Providing cover for the Payroll Assistant during absences

What you'll need to succeed

  • CIPP qualification
  • Experience with UK Payroll (Ideally within real estate)
  • Strong Word and Excel skills (essential)
  • Experience with SAP and Workday (desirable)
  • Familiarity with Auto Enrolment processes (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
