An established global organisation within the market research and FMCG intelligence sector is seeking an organised and detail driven Payroll Officer to join the UK team on a 4‑month fixed term contract. This role supports a transition period as the business moves UK payroll operations to ADP, ensuring seamless BAU payroll delivery throughout the process.

Your new role

• End‑to‑end UK payroll processing for approximately 500 employees
• Managing the monthly pay run using ADP Freedom
• Ensuring payroll accuracy, auditability, and reconciliation
• Processing employee changes, updates, starters, leavers, and adjustments
• Supporting communication with internal stakeholders
• Helping ensure a smooth transition as ADP onboarding commences

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong UK payroll experience (high volume experience essential — please highlight on CV)
• ADP experience preferred (particularly ADP Freedom)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical capability
• Curious, collaborative team player who enjoys understanding processes
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable working within a friendly, supportive team environment
