Your new role

As Payroll Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the company's payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing for a large and diverse workforce. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance, support reporting requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement across payroll-related processes. The role offers the chance to shape how payroll is delivered within the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least three years’ experience in payroll

• Strong Excel skills and experience with HR and payroll systems

• In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation

• High attention to detail and ability to manually calculate payroll

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
