Payroll Manager FTC Between £50,000 - £60,000

Your new company
Hays has partnered with an expansive organisation who are growing their finance team. You will be responsible for UK payrolls and a payroll team and have the opportunity to take ownership in this new role.

Your new role
As the Payroll Manager, you will be managing:
  • Leading the delivery of a timely, effective, efficient monthly payroll
  • Responsible for the pension and benefits activities and other statutory bodies and legislation
  • Working collaboratively with the HR and finance teams for improved efficiency and driving continuous improvement
  • Managing and developing direct reports to enable high performance
  • Managing monthly reconciliations with Finance and taking responsibility for resolving discrepancies in a timely manner

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong organisation and management of all payroll operations
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with payroll compensation related matters
  • Have the ability to work independently yet collaboratively with various stakeholders
