• End-to-End Payroll Management: Oversee monthly payroll processing across all group entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and full compliance with statutory requirements.
• Multi-Company Coordination: Manage payroll cycles with varying pay dates, structures, and reporting needs across different business units.
• Manage year-end payroll processes for all entities, including P60s, P11Ds, and annual returns
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure timely submissions to HMRC and other regulatory bodies, and maintain robust internal controls.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure seamless payroll integration and support.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements, automation opportunities, and system optimisations.

• 4+ years' experience in payroll management, with specific experience managing multi-company or group payroll operations
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, National Insurance, and pension auto-enrolment across multiple entities
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• CIPP qualification or equivalent (desirable).
