You will join a collaborative and professional team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

Your new role
As Payroll Clerk, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.

Your duties will include:
- Processing weekly and/or monthly payroll from start to finish
- Maintaining and updating employee payroll records
- Calculating statutory payments, deductions, and adjustments
- Ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations and payroll legislation
- Handling payroll queries from employees in a timely manner
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks where required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a payroll position
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
- Good communication skills with the ability to handle queries professionally
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
