Patent/Life Sciences PSL (initial 6 month contract) To £££
Rare opening at this Tier 1 IP firm for an experienced lawyer to create a set of life sciences licensing and collaboration precedent documents for the Patents Commercialisation team. A good working knowledge of IP and specifically patents and know-how, as well as life sciences collaboration transactions is essential. This will require liaison with the Patents Commercialisation fee earners team and others around the firm. Key documents include agreements for collaborative R&D, master services agreements, laboratory, clinical and other services, clinical trials, product manufacturing and supply, distribution and marketing, licensing, and marketing, as well as distribution of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. The initial 6 month contract may have the potential to be made permanent.
