• Managing the full parts process from ordering to storage
• Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers for parts and warranty items
• Maintaining stock levels and organising inventory
• Preparing customer estimates and coordinating with service staff
• Handling paperwork and invoices for service and accounts
• Arranging deliveries and courier services
• Ensuring parts are stored correctly and efficiently
• Supporting both internal teams and external customers

• Prior experience in the vehicle parts supply chain would be ideal but not essential.
• A strong understanding of vehicle schematics and technical components would give you a distinct advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management systems (not essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A full UK driving licence
