English Teacher – Part-Time (2 Days/Week) – Bradford

Your New Role:


As a Part-Time English Teacher, you’ll deliver engaging and impactful lessons to learners aged 16+, helping them develop essential literacy skills and a love for language. This temporary role (2 days per week) offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in students’ lives. You’ll contribute to curriculum development, assess learner progress, and foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply—this is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive setting.

What You’ll Need to Succeed. We’re looking for someone who is:

Qualified: A relevant degree and a Level 5 teaching qualification (or working towards one).
Experienced: Prior experience teaching GCSE English or Functional Skills is desirable.
Learner-Focused: Committed to student success, wellbeing, and progression.
Inclusive: Passionate about equity, diversity, and creating a welcoming learning environment.
Organised & Reflective: Able to plan effectively, assess learning, and continuously improve practice.
