Your new role
Working as a Part-Time Site Administrator, you will be responsible for the following
- Scan & upload all delivery notes. 
- Scan & upload all relevant documentation (Daily Briefs, PASS, Task Allocation Sheets), etc, etc. Plus, any other relevant documentation to the shared drive. 
- Obtaining quotes from suppliers & raising requisitions/orders with Lisa McGuire’s procurement team at HQ. 
- Compiling data for SO27 reporting. 
- Compiling data for weekly health and safety reporting submitting for the weekly health and safety call. 
- Plan & coordinate routine inspections for items such as fire extinguishers, lifting equipment, fire alarms, electrical inspection & certification of welfare units. 
- Liaise with the security provider (Protector) for cover as required on weekends/bank holidays etc (details from site team). 
- Transfer completed SMS inspections from Safety Culture to the Weekly completed folder on the Site Management (SHEQ folder). 
- Transfer data. 
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience of working in a previous Site Administrator role. You'll be comfortable working 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. You can work mornings or afternoons.
What you'll get in return
This is a temporary role to start ASAP. It's expected to last three months initially with a chance of an extension. This role is paying £15.00 per hour.
