Hays Education are working with a secondary school based in Winsford to recruit a part time administrator. Working 3 days per week, this job focusses on reprographic duties within a busy school setting.

Your new role

Joining the existing team of 3 administrators, you will be responsible for all reprographic duties for this secondary school. The role is part time, 3 days per week, but there is flexibility regarding which 3 days you will be needed to work.

• Carrying out all printing requested across the school
• Supporting with photocopying of materials
• Typing/ formatting documents
• Distributing materials once an order has been fulfilled
• Replacing paper and cartridges in machines as needed
• Managing stock to ensure orders can be met on time

What you'll need to succeed

For this school reprographic administrator job you will:

• be highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
• have excellent attention to detail
• be confident in working with printing and copying equipment
• be happy to distribute printed materials around multiple school buildings if required
