This temporary role, lasting up to 5 months, offers the chance to contribute to a busy finance team that plays a vital role in supporting community-based services across the West of Scotland. Your new role

Working 21 hours per week, you’ll be a key member of the Finance team, supporting the effective and efficient operation of the Purchase Ledger function.

Your responsibilities will include:
Accurate and timely processing of purchase ledger invoices and staff expense claims
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
Liaising with service managers to ensure proper invoice authorisation
Allocating supplier payments and maintaining financial records
Providing support across the Finance team during peak periods or absences

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
Experience in a financial environment, particularly within Purchase Ledger
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Familiarity with finance software solutions
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and teamwork
