Part Time Purchase Ledger job in Bath

Your new company

A public sector organisation in Bath are looking to appoint a part-time purchase ledger assistant.

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

  • Registering and prioritising invoices for payment
  • Assist in processing batch payments
  • Maintaining an excellent working relationship with suppliers to enable prompt resolution of queries
  • Process manual payment vouchers
  • Process online travel claims
  • Create weekly BACs payment runs

What you'll need to succeed

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a similar role.

  • You will work well both within a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills

What you'll get in return
