HR Consultant (12-Month FTC | Part-Time 3–4 Days) – near Norwich

Your new role
Hays is pleased to be partnering with a valued client to recruit a pragmatic HR generalist on a 12-month fixed-term contract or interim basis (inside IR35), working 3 or 4 days per week, based near Norwich.

This is a hands-on, varied role with a strong focus on employment law, employee relations and organisational change, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver key people initiatives. You will manage varied ER cases, support change programmes and organisational development activities and deliver HR projects.

You'll bring a strong generalist HR background with proven ER expertise, alongside experience of delivering change. You’ll be resilient, commercially aware and solutions-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A naturally self-motivated team player, you will be equally confident working independently and driving continuous improvement, with curiosity and a desire to continually learn and challenge the status quo.

What you'll get in return
  • 3–4 days per week (flexible)
  • 12-month FTC or interim (inside IR35)
  • Predominantly site-based in Norfolk
  • Flexible working options to support work–life balance
  • Opportunity to make a tangible impact within a growing organisation
