Working as part of a busy operational HR team, you will assist with the provision of a comprehensive HR Service to managers and employees.

• You will be focused on handling a variety of employer relations casework, including sickness, absence, probation, AWOL, misconduct, performance, capability and grievances.
• You will be coaching managers with all aspects of HR & Employment law advice, supporting them with processes and manager capability.
• You will also provide training to managers on the ER process.
• Recruitment will also be a part of the role, supporting managers with interviews and selection processes.

Candidates

• Were seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR Professional with a CIPD qualification.
• Experienced in managing employer relations cases including sickness, absence, performance, grievances and more.
• HR generalist, including recruitment, is an ideal background.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification

Offer

• Short term contract to start ASAP until the end of December via Hays on a temporary contract
• 3 days per week - 22.5 hours
• 50% hybrid = 1 day one week, 2 days the next week on site in Winchester.
