Part Time Finance Assistant job in Bath

Your new company
A well-established employer based in Bath is seeking to appoint a temporary Finance Assistant. This is an initial 12-week assignment, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:
Processing purchase invoices
Liaising with suppliers and resolving queries
Reconciling supplier statements
Process staff expenses
Weekly payment runs

What you'll need to succeed
Good communication / interpersonal skills
Capable of working on own initiative
Confident in handling difficult situations
Good customer service skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to be flexible and work unsupervised
Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
Ability to present information clearly and concisely
Ability to work confidently within controls and procedures
Proven experience in a similar role
