Remote 30 hours Per Week Business Support Administrator Role – November start

Your new role
- Acting as the first point of contact for business support across the programme
- Scheduling and supporting meetings, including minute-taking and coordination
- Managing financial processes such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices
- Tracking project progress and maintaining key documents
- Supporting procurement activities in line with corporate standards
- Collecting and reporting on monitoring and evaluation data
- Assisting with project documentation and change control processes
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience working in a busy office environment with a dispersed or remote team
- Familiarity with project administration tools (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent functional skills)
- Experience supporting externally funded projects
- Knowledge of public sector procurement or financial systems
